Introduction to the Art of Reading People is a four week course that will help you discover how to read people and communicate with confidence.
Over four consecutive Wednesday evenings, you will learn:
- How to recognise and measure seven major traits for improved communications, increased rapport and trust building
- How to understand these traits in yourself
- How to recognise these traits in other people
- How to modify your communication to fit their preferred style of being spoken to
This course is a fully interactive, hands on experience. You’ll learn to read the seven traits by profiling yourself, the other course attendees, and other people from photos.
By combining each person’s traits you will then learn how to understand their profile and how you would deliver a presentation to each person’s unique personality. With that knowledge you will also learn how to use that information to build rapport and lasting relationships.
Throughout the course we will incorporate the correct use of body language and facial expressions to enhance your outcomes.
